Return Policy & Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

Eligible for Return

A parcel can only be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

  • The item is defective.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Only the original item received can be returned—no other items will be accepted in exchange.

  • The customer must ship the item back to our Lahore address at their own cost.

Non-Returnable

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Size, color, or style is different from customer’s preference.

  • The item has been washed, worn, damaged, or has marks.

  • Any other reason not mentioned in the eligible return conditions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we will approve the return if it meets the above conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at hassamrehman71@gmail.com to coordinate the return.

  • Send the parcel to our Lahore address. Make sure all tags and the item are intact.

  • Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Only items received in the condition stated above are eligible for a return.

  • Returns for size or color preferences are not accepted.

  • Items washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be refunded.

Size Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can request a size exchange for any outfit.
  • A shipping fee will apply for all size exchanges across Pakistan.
  • The customer will need to dispatch the parcel back to our Lahore address using any courier service of their choice.
  • Once we receive the parcel, we will process the size exchange and ship the replacement back to the customer.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are available for size issues only (not for design or color preferences).
