Size Exchange Policy

At Hassam Rehman, we value your satisfaction and want you to have the perfect fit for every outfit.
Our brand operates from Lahore, and we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

For Customers in Lahore:

Size exchange within Lahore is free of cost.
You can contact or coordinate with our Lahore team for a smooth exchange process.

For Customers Outside Lahore (Other Cities in Pakistan):

Customers from other cities are welcome to request a size exchange; however, shipping charges will apply.

• The customer will need to dispatch the parcel back to our Lahore address using any courier service of their choice.
• Once we receive the parcel, we will process the size exchange and ship the replacement free of charge from Lahore back to the customer.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are available for size issues only (not for design or color preferences).
