WHAT ARE THE SHIPMENT CHARGES?

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the outfit and will be shown at checkout.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders are delivered through trusted courier services, straight to your doorstep.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, WhatsApp message, or a phone call with all the order details. If you’ve created an account, you can also view your order history under My Account → My Orders.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

We’ll keep you updated via email and/or WhatsApp at every step. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t seen an update.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. However, cancellation charges of 6% of the paid amount will apply. After 24 hours, no refunds or cancellations will be offered, especially on custom or bridal pieces.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION CALL?

This is simply to verify the order and ensure all details are correct before processing, especially for high-value or customized items.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We offer exchanges only if the item delivered is faulty or incorrect. No exchanges are offered on sale items unless the wrong product was sent.
